How we work

Clear terms before any code.

How we handle payments, code ownership, confidentiality and support. The final terms for your project are always in the written proposal.

Milestone payments

Larger projects are split into milestones. Each milestone has a written scope, a deliverable and a price agreed in the proposal before work starts. You pay per milestone, so you never pay for the whole project up front.

Source code ownership

Once the project is paid in full, the custom source code we write for you belongs to you. Third-party and open-source libraries stay under their own licences.

NDA and confidentiality

We are happy to sign a mutual NDA before you share confidential details about your idea or your business.

Support after launch

Every project includes a support window after launch for fixing defects in what we built. Ongoing maintenance and improvements can be agreed separately.
