Is LasChat an official WhatsApp tool?

Yes. LasChat uses Meta's official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API). It does not use unofficial WhatsApp Web automation, which can get numbers banned.

Can I use my existing WhatsApp number?

Yes, if it is not active on the regular WhatsApp or WhatsApp Business app, or after you move it off the app. Many businesses use a new number for the platform.

What does it cost?

Early access pricing is Starter ₹999, Growth ₹2,499 and Pro ₹4,999 per month, excluding GST. Meta charges separately for template messages, billed by Meta to your own account. Replies within 24 hours of a customer's message are free on Meta's side.

Do I need Meta business verification?

Yes. Meta asks every business on the WhatsApp Business Platform to verify itself with documents such as a GST or incorporation certificate. LasChat tracks each step and LasMind helps you through it.

Is messaging available now?

LasChat is in early access. You can sign up, add your business and WhatsApp number and start Meta verification now. The inbox and broadcasts are coming soon and roll out to early access users first.

Where does LasChat run?

LasChat is a web app at chat.lasmind.com. It works in any modern browser on desktop and mobile, with no install.
